We now find ourselves in the section with the arguments that we wish everyone would just understand to begin with: music for music's sake, music as a fundamental right for happy kids, music for all. After all, even with quantitative data, some things don't need numbers and percentages to justify their value to the soul, the human spirit and society in general.
