Defining A "Well-Rounded" Student
Testing Machines or Unique Individuals?

Led by the national obsession with testing, music tends to take a back seat to other subjects. At the same time, there is no argument against the need for well-rounded students.

In a sense, it is the right of any and all students to experience and receive an education in music and the arts even though we continue to see a standardization of education throughout the changes and policy and content standards.
